50K for Healthy Kids Kit
CSX Transportation needed to stay top-of-mind for the potential future clients attending the 2014 National Association of Freight Transportation conference. At Exit10 Advertising, we created a promotional challenge to encourage attendants to visit the CSX information booth at the event. Complete with a pair of stainless steel water canteens, 2 pedometers, and an informational brochure for 2, the kit challenges attendants to walk 5,000 steps while at the conference. For each participant that brought their pedometer to the CSX booth after 5,000 steps, CSX donated money towards the non-profit organization, Action for Healthy Kids. The maximum donation amount of $50,000 was reached as a result of strong participation at the conference. In addition to the brand exposure, the kit was successful in conveying CSX’s community outreach and wellness culture.
