North Bethesda Market Apartments Website Redesign

  • Client - The Bozzuto Group‎
  • Date Completed - 2015- IN PROGRESS
  • Role - Design Site Architecture and Wireframes for Desktop and Mobile
  • Overview

This project is in progress. The Bozzuto Group develops and manages upscale residential and retail communities in the Maryland, D.C., and Virginia area. North Bethesda Market is a unique retail/residential community surrounded by both high-rise and suburban-garden style apartments that sit above a courtyard of shops, dinning and entertainment. To highlight the one-of-a-kind views that look down into the courtyard and onto the city from above, the homepage introduces an overhead video captured by a Quadcopter over the site. A photographic gallery, also featured on the homepage, provides a visual story that follows a resident enjoying the social life and amenities at North Bethesda Market. Other features like the social media section and current posts from the community blog create a space for events and connection between neighbors.

    Site Architecture and Wireframes

After research and analysis of the current North Bethesda Market site’s Google Analytics, we created a site structure that made the two most sought after pages, “Gallery” and “FloorPlans”,  more accessible. The wireframes were designed to allow users easy access to the floor plans and retail directory with a smoother experience on mobile devices that frees users from needing to zoom-in for details.
